Dispatch from the studio

Love Era products are blended, bottled and packed in small batches in Wellington, New Zealand.

Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched. You will receive tracking information by email once your parcel is on its way.

New Zealand delivery

Complimentary standard shipping is available on New Zealand orders over $150.

All orders are sent using a tracked courier service.

North Island: Usually 1–2 business days after dispatch
South Island: Usually 2–3 business days after dispatch
Rural addresses: Please allow an additional 1–2 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays or periods of high demand.

Australia Delivery

We currently ship to Australia. Delivery usually takes 6–10 business days after dispatch.

International delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by customs processing or local courier delays. Any applicable duties, taxes or import charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Packaging

Orders are packed using recyclable boxes and paper-based protective materials wherever practical. Please reuse or recycle the packaging according to your local recycling guidelines.

Lost, damaged or incorrect orders

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, appears to be lost or is different from what you ordered.

Include your order number and, for damaged deliveries, clear photographs of the product and packaging so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.
